Abstract: |
The assessment indicated that the study area had a good archaeological potential in that it was close to several sites, which had produced significant Saxon material. The study found that the 19th century building on site was not basemented and there was no reason to believe that its predecessors were basemented either. It was expected that most of the works associated with the new development would not affect the archaeological remains to this depth. [Au(adp)] |
