Abstract: |
This assessment identified a considerable number of archaeological sites in the close vicinity of the pipeline route, which ranged in date from the prehistoric period to WWII. Sites which would or might be directly affected included prehistoric enclosures, farmsteads, roads and trackways, post-medieval sites, field boundaries and palaeoenvironmental material. Other unidentified sites could also be encountered. [Au(abr)] |
