Abstract:
A survey by fluxgate gradiometer was carried out at the site of a proposed hospital development on the western periphery of Scarborough, adjacent to Throxenby Hall. Various linear and non-linear anomalies were identified across the whole of the site. However, it was considered probable that these anomalies were due to relatively modern field boundaries or were caused by recent ground disturbance. [Au(abr)]
