Abstract: |
The assessment demonstrated, on the basis of all available evidence, that the site had a low archaeological potential or all past periods of human activity. As recently as 1933 the site lay in open agricultural land. Because of the sites low archaeological potential and the severe impact of previous development, it was considered unlikely that the proposed development would have any significant archaeological impact.
