The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of a proposed residential development. The site was thought to have a low or low to moderate archaeological potential for all periods of human activity. An archaeological evaluation on the west side of Reigate Hill directly opposite the study site revealed no archaeological remains. The site was initially developed during the Victorian period and redeveloped in the early 1960s. As a result of impacts from past development and particularly land forming, it was considered most unlikely that any archaeological remains of any kind would have survived on the site. [Au(adp)]
