Abstract: |
<summary>Evaluation prior to new development revealed several phases of occupation, leading to the widening of the original trenches. A Roman settlement consisting of an enclosure and the gullies of round houses and other features were revealed, with dating evidence from the 1st to the 4th century. Medieval ditches associated with land division were also found, one of which was of 10th or 11th century date. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
