Abstract: |
Evidence in the Surrey SMR and topographic date indicated that throughout the prehistoric and early post-medieval periods, the site lay on a wooded hill to the south-west of the flood plain of the Rivers Bourne and Thames. The potential for the early and later prehistoric and Roman periods was moderate to low and low for the Saxon, medieval and post-medieval periods. [Au(abr)] |
