Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief was maintained on the excavation of footings for the erection of four of 24 electricity pylons being constructed in preparation for the completion of a new power station at Chase Hill Road. The watching brief recovered a small number of 13th-14th century pottery sherds, and recorded post-medieval land drains and a ditch containing fragments of Romano-British pottery and animal bone. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
