Abstract:
A geophysical survey was conducted upon the site. The results were difficult to interpret due to the magnetically weak and ill-formed nature of the responses. While many of these could have been of archaeological origin, a natural interpretation was perhaps more likely due to the soils and likely alluvium deposits within the areas. Ferrous anomalies within all areas were caused either by metal fences, pylons, or iron debris within the topsoil or on the surface. [Au(adp)]
