Abstract: |
Three trenches were excavated across the site to reveal a number of pits dating from the 17th to early 19th centuries, modern made ground, features and structures from the 19th century, and two linear features that contained 18th century finds. It was evident from the trenches excavated that the site only held limited potential for surviving Roman and medieval features and a good potential for early post-medieval remains. [Au(abr)] |
