Abstract: |
An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of the redevelopment of the site into sports facilities, for the main part sports pitches, pavilions and an indoor cricket school. The study revealed a potential for archaeology of several periods, notably Roman, with known archaeology, specifically a Roman road to the north of the area. [Au(abr)] |
