Abstract: |
The cartographic evidence indicated that 19th century buildings had occupied an area of the site, which extended along the western boundary. By the 1930s the buildings in the northern part had been demolished. Archaeological features were located beneath the modern dumping on the site. These features consisted of pits of medieval and late 18th/early 19th century date. [Au(abr)] |
