Abstract: |
Three areas of interest were highlighted by the assessment. The first was a wooded area where their was evidence of water management, possibly associated with a mill or fish ponds. In addition there was evidence of a medieval field system with some ridge and furrow remaining. The presence of Romano-British pottery from the DMV of Lower Strensham combined with AP evidence also suggested pre-medieval activity. |
