Abstract: |
The archaeological investigation comprised the monitoring of seven test trenches. Trench 4 was the only ditch that contained archaeological deposits. The cut and fill of a large ditch could be seen in the section. No dating evidence was recovered from this small section through the ditch, although a small pit containing 18th century ceramics cut the large ditch. [Au(abr)] |
