Abstract: |
A condition of the consent on a planning application for the erection of a series of satellite dishes and associated structures at the B.T. research station at Martlesham Heath, required that the applicant provide for a programme of archaeological evaluation. The site was in the vicinity of three Bronze Age barrows. No features of archaeological interest were discovered in the evaluation trenches and the flint finds were unstratified. [AIP] |
