Abstract: |
Human remains were found during building work on the site of nos. 69-73 Friar Street in April 1993. The disarticulated remains of at least two individuals were found to the rear of the cellars of earlier cottages on the site. The burials, along with others known from the vicinity, presumably belonged to the cemetery of the Dominican Friary.[AIP] |
