Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on the site. A cobbled surface was identified beneath rubbish pits, which had removed much of the earlier archaeology. A dump deposit was found on the western end of the site, dating from the 13th to 15th centuries. A building of 15th century date was found fronting Hungate street. [Au(abr)] |
