Abstract: |
<summary>A desk-top assessment of a development site in the crypt of St Paul's Cathedral, an ecclesiastical Grade A Listed Building, was undertaken. Roman tile pavements and a hypocaust had previously been recorded in the vicinity of the churchyard, and a Saxon coin had been found. The 13th century precinct wall and other medieval remains had also been observed. It was recommended that a watching brief should be carried out during development work. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
