Abstract: |
A review of documentary, geological, archival and cartographic sources has indicated that the site lies in an area known to have archaeological potential. 17 King Street is a Grad II listed building, dating to the late 18th century. Therefore, it is recommended that arrangements should be made for an appropriate level of archaeological monitoring during any ground works related to the development with a specific proviso for full archaeological excavation where required.
