Abstract: |
The Round Foundry constituted an archaeological site of international importance. It was one of the sole significant survivors of the first generation of specialist engineering foundries, and only the second such foundry to have been built. The assessmen traced the development of the foundry and a full photographic record was made. [AIP] |
