The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological desktop study, aerial photographic cover assessment and walkover survey were carried out on farmland proposed for development as a science research park. The present houses and development on the site dated mainly to the late 20th century. Proven sites of archaeological interest were lacking and no new evidence was located during this research. There was however an unproven likelihood that archaeological sites survived which could only be located by intrusive evaluation. Three areas were tentatively proposed for geophysical investigation.
