During the evaluation, poorly preserved remains of he wagonway were located in Trenches 1 and 5 of the evaluation trenches. In Trenches 2 and 4, only natural subsoil and topsoil were encountered. In Trench 3, slight traces of ridge and furrow were revealed. [Au(abr)] |
