Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken at a site proposed for a housing development, after an earlier preliminary assessment suggested that the area had a high archaeological potential. No artefacts or features of archaeological interest were found, and it was concluded that it was highly unlikely that any material of archaeological interest existed within the area of the proposed development. No further archaeological work was recommended. [AIP]
