Abstract: |
<summary>An archaeological watching brief carried out ahead of proposed development revealed that between 1.00m and 2.00m of archaeological deposits may be expected to survive on the site, the nature of these deposits being largely Roman, structural remains and a road surface being observed in the test-pits. Other areas of the site may well have deeper archaeology, but up to 1.00m may have been destroyed by more recent development. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
