Four evaluation trenches were excavated at the site. Two of trenches identified a ring ditch, part of a group of barrows at the site. The ring ditch contained Late Iron Age/Early Roman pottery and struck flint. Two pits and gullies were identified within the ring ditch. [Au(adp)] |
