Abstract: |
The archaeological monitoring on the site confirmed the presence of post-medieval humic soils identified by a previous evaluation; no archaeological features or finds were identified. This suggested that the area was probably marginal land right up until the 19th century and had never been settled or subject to intensive agricultural uses. [Au(abr)] |
