Abstract: |
A desk based assessment was carried out ahead of a proposed residential development. The study area was thought to have a low archaeological potential for the Palaeolithic, Anglo-Saxon, medieval and post-medieval periods. The site was thought to have moderate to good potential for the Mesolithic, Neolithic, Bronze Age, Iron Age and Roman periods. Overall the site was assessed as having a local to regional archaeological significance. [Au(abr)] |
