Abstract: |
The evaluation comprised two trenches outside the proposed foundations of the new buildings. The evaluation identified the presence of natural sand and gravel deposits, overlain by brick-earth and subsoil. A 17th century garden wall relating to the post-medieval mansion 'The Pastures', and later brick drains were also found. [Au(abr)] |
