Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a house and garage. Bronze Age pottery and flints had been found close to the site, and a Mesolithic axe had been found in the area. The site of Row Barrow, a hundred court with possible prehistoric origins, lay nearby. During the evaluation, no archaeological deposits, features or artefacts were revealed. [Au(adp)] |
