Abstract: |
A magnetic anomaly on the beach was investigated before the commencement of the main phase of works for a sewage outfall. Archaeologists determined that the source of the anomaly was of negligible archaeological significance, being pieces of a damaged ship, or remains of a Second World War beach defence. [AIP] |
