Abstract: |
The large-scale topsoil removal of the quarry site was archaeologically monitored. This revealed a number of features although a large majority were associated with tree throw holes. The few features which were noted to be archaeological were associated with a probable Romano-British cropmark which was known to lie on the site. [AIP] |
