Abstract: |
A watching brief in advance of gravel extraction at Eastfield Farm, Winteringham produced evidence for a Late Bronze Age field system and two four-post structures of unknown function, which suggests a nearby settlement. This was in contract to the evidence for later Iron Age occupation to the west, found during earlier stages of the investigation. [Au(abr)] |
