Abstract: |
Excavations were undertaken for an access road and contractor's temporary compound. This followed a programme of desk-top assessment and field evaluation which established the presence of cropmarks in the area. Geophysical survey of the access road had located additional archaeological features. The excavation recorded linear features associated with a later Roman field system and two contemporary structures. [Au(abr)] |
