Abstract: |
The assessment revealed that no archaeological sites had been recorded within the proposed development area. Slight ridge and furrow, probably of medieval date, were observed on site. The closest archaeological remains were dated to the Iron Age, consisting of an enclosure, field system and settlement features recorded through archaeological evaluation. A geophysical survey was undertaken, revealing a further circular anomaly. [Au(adp)] |
