Evaluation trenches were excavated at the site. Sporadic pits and tree throws of Late Mesolithic/ early Neolithic date were identified across the site. Barrows of Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age date were situated around the site and prehistoric linear features were also identified. [Au(abr)] |
