Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out in advance of the proposed construction of 18 flats. The work recorded 19th and 20th century brick-built structures, a well and a construction slot/gully. Features and deposits that may have predated the 19th century structures illustrated on maps of that date, included a partially defined cut feature with a north to south alignment, an earlier phase of a 19th century well and possible leached-out buried topsoils.
