The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A trial trench evaluation was undertaken on Phase 4 of a large residential development. The work revealed features of Iron Age/prehistoric, medieval and post-medieval date. No Romano-British evidence was found, in spite of the presence of a Romano-British farmstead to the south-east. Among the Iron Age features were two curvilinear gullies which may have formed the drip gully of a roundhouse. Medieval and post-medieval features were mainly boundary ditches, but a 13th to 14th century cobble floor which may have been part of a building was also identified. [Au(adp)]
