Abstract: |
The evaluation comprised the excavation of six trenches. Features were found in three trenches comprising of ditches and gullies. Prehistoric pottery, either of Bronze Age or Early Iron Age date was also recovered, as well as medieval pottery. A low density of archaeological features existed on the site, however, no significant extensive archaeological deposits were likely to be affected by the development.[Au(abr)] |
