Abstract: |
Nothing of archaeological significance was identified within the study area. The surrounding area, however, held evidence for prehistoric, Roman and Saxon occupation. The site lay in historically agricultural land, lying within part of the Royal Forest of Chippenham and features associated with this were also to be seen in the vicinity. [AIP] |
