Abstract: |
The archaeological watching brief, carried out on the site that lay adjacent to an 11th century motte and bailey castle and medieval manorial complex, revealed only 20th century dumped deposits. As the ground surface had been substantially raised and levelled for construction any potential archaeological deposits had probably been removed. [Au(abr)] |
