Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated on the site. A dispersed pattern of Neolithic/Early Bronze Age pits, tree throws and ring ditches were identified. Two Middle Iron Age settlements and three terminal Bronze Age/Early Iron Age settlements were identified. Late Iron Age/Roman settlements were also identified. A Saxon settlement comprising of a Grubenhausen was also recorded. [Au(abr)] |
