Abstract: |
The evaluation, consisting of the excavation of seven 50m by 1.8m trial trenches, was undertaken in response to a condition upon planning permission for the construction of a business unit. The evaluation revealed an undated single pit/ditch terminal and a number of wheel ruts and plough marks. A single sherd of post-medieval pottery and ceramic building material was recovered from the topsoil. [Au(abr)] |
