Abstract: |
Excavations for the construction of a new car park had taken place without archaeological supervision and had truncated a north-west to south-east orientated flint and lime mortar wall. The exposed area was cleaned and recorded, and inspected for further archaeological features. A mitigation strategy was developed for use if necessary. [Au] |
