An archaeological watching brief was undertaken in order to fulfil a condition upon the planning permission for the construction of four town houses and the conversion of an existing buildings. An earlier evaluation had revealed post-medieval activity however, the watching brief revealed that the foundation trenches were devoid of any non-natural features. [Au(adp)]
