Abstract: |
The assessment identified several features on or around the proposed development area. Most of these were associated with the medieval settlement of Nunburnholme. These included buildings, fish ponds, tenement or field boundaries, ridge and furrow and a mill pond. Further archaeology may also be impacted so a watching brief was recommended. [Au(abr)] |
