Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches on the site revealed that where documentary evidence had assigned a post-medieval date to the surroundings, their origins may have actualy lain around the 8th Century AD. The development area appeared to incorporate an area on the southern fringe of the medieval settlement of Market End. [AIP] |
