Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken within a site that lay within the medieval core of the village and close to the medieval parish church. Despite this, only unstratified medieval pottery and evidence of modern intrusion in the site were revealed. A systematic search of the spoil also failed to reveal any evidence for medieval or earlier occupation on the site. [AIP.
