Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated on the proposed site of agricutural greenhouses. Site was covered in prehistoric water channels and natural hollows. One of the hollows identified contained Bronze Age pottery. Enclosure ditches were identified from the Iron Age/Romano British period. Several possible Roman foundation trenches for an unknown structure wer also identified on the site. [Au(abr)] |
