Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of a proposed residential redevelopment and eleven trenches were arranged across the site. Other than a late 19th to early 20th century wood lined pit observed in Trench 1, no archaeological remains were encountered, with no further evidence of any human activity prior to the late 19th century.
