Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken on land which contained evidence of crop marks from aerial photography. The salvage recording located and identified a single ditch. This was probably the central ditch of the eastern boundary of a suggested triple ditched enclosure, identified by the aerial photographs. Artefactual evidence suggested that the enclosure was backfilled in the third century. [Au(adp)] |
